Our situation was unique in that we were moving from out of state and needed to entirely remodel the interior of the home we bought in Minneapolis. As in: replace wall to wall carpet with hardwood floors, scrape popcorn ceilings and resurface them, repaint every surface, update appliances, upgrade electrical service, design & build new cabinets and kitchen layout, and finish a dry basement — all while we were still living out of state. This required us trusting implicitly the contractor we would hire. Given our experience with Chris, I recommend him and his crew at every opportunity.”
